Administrative prevention measures are coercive measures to improve the efficiency of state administrative management activities and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of related individuals and organizations. However, current legal measures still have many shortcomings and limitations. In fact, the authorities always face the risk of infringing upon human rights of citizens when they enforce administrative prevention measures. This paper points out some shortcomings of regulations on administrative prevention measures, and proposes some solutions and recommendations for solving these issues.
