DETERMINATION OF PYRACLOSTROBIN AND METALAXYL RESIDUES IN SOME VEGETABLES, FRUITS BY DISTRIBUTION DISTRIBUTION METHODOLOGY (LC / MS / MS)

Content of pyraclostrobin, metalaxyl in some vegetables and fruits in Vinh city has been determined by mass spectrometric method (LC / MS / MS). Models are handled using the Quechers method. Results obtained for 12 studies with pyraclostrobin content from 0 -0.0031 (mg / kg), metalaxyl from 0 to 0.0970 (mg / kg), the results are below the allowable level. The detection method limits the values for pyraclostrobin to 0.019 ppb and for metalaxyl to 0.012 ppb. Similar standard deviation of the determinations are <10%. Performance recovery between 95.8 and 97.2%.
