Effect of food types, exogenus hormone on reproduction research of milk fish (Chanos chanos Forsskål, 1775) under artificial condition, there were two experiments. Experiment 1: conditioned broodstocks with three feeding treatments: trash fish (NT1); home – made feed (NT2); industrial feed (NT3). Experiment 1: Determination of the best dosage and type of hormone (HCG, LHRHa) for stimulation of spawning of milk fish. Results showed that using trash fish in broodstock for obtained low maturation rate (male: 17,18%; female:15,56%). Using industrial feed in broodstock for obtained hight maturation rate, from 80,00 to 86,67%. Used LHRHa with a dosage of 50 µg /kg for female unite HCG with a dosage of 1000UI /kg for female to reproductive stimulation of milk fish for best reproduction results as fertilization rate (84,22%), hatching rate (88,68%, rate of larval (85,95%).
