From the theory of dialogue, the theory of linguistic action, the paper focuses on the problem of understanding the action associated with the linguistic action of communicating in the Nghe Tinh people in terms of structure from which to point out the role of the accompanying actions in enhancing communication effectiveness and the impact on the spokesperson role in realizing the notification language action.
